Main Office Staff

                Josh Gould - Principal
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Joseph's College and a Master of Science in Teaching and Learning from St. Joseph's College. Josh is currently pursuing a Certificate in Management and Leadership from Harvard University.  Inducted into the Maine Teaching Hall of Fame in 2008, Josh previously taught high school English at Noble High School prior to serving as the assistant principal at Wells High School for five years. Josh taught within the education department at the University of New Hampshire's Live, Learn, and Teach program for 8 years.  

A voracious reader, Josh also enjoys fly fishing and spending time on the lake.  






Doug Perley - Assistant Principal
 
Erin DeMauro - School Nurse
Erin graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing Degree from the University of New Brunswick in Canada. She has worked as a Nurse on the Seacoast for the past 25 years, the majority of her career has been spent in Labor and Delivery and Pediatrics at York Hospital. Erin has 3 children that keep her very busy when she is not at work. Her favorite things are spending time at the beach, visiting with friends and family and coffee.

Kristie Soucy - Guidance Counselor
Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and her Master's degree in Education, also from the University of New Hampshire.  She has worked as a Guidance Counselor for the past 20 years, almost exclusively in Middle Schools.  She has two wonderful children, Grace (19 and in college pursuing accounting), and Elise (16 and a Junior at Thornton Academy).  Kristie enjoys spending time watching her girls swim, spending time at the beach, visiting friends, and reading with her kitties. 











Sharon Audet - Social Worker
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colby College and a Masters in Social Work from the University of New England. She has held her Licensed Clinical Social Worker license with Maine since 1999. She started her career with Sweetser Inc. and worked in RSU 55 for three years and Acton for two as a school based social worker. In 2001 she came to Wells and has been in the middle school ever since. She started a small private practice in 2011 and has been busy with that ever since.

Also an avid reader, Sharon can be found on horseback, on her mare Sweetie, practicing the fine art of dressage every spare moment she has.
 
Stephanie Morini - SRO 
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. She was hired as a reserve police officer in Old Orchard Beach while attending Northeastern. Upon her graduation from Northeastern in 2015, Stephanie was hired as a full-time police officer in Jay, Maine and attended the Maine Criminal Justice Academy. Her interest in school safety started in Jay. She routinely took time out of her day to interact with students and school staff since the police department did not have a resource officer. She also became involved in the Jay area Special Olympics.  

Stephanie transferred to Wells Police Department in 2017, and has a strong training background in school safety. She is proactive, and wants students to have positive interactions with law enforcement to build trust and mutual respect. She truly believes all students in our district deserve a safe and healthy learning environment! While employed by Wells PD,  Stephanie has continued her involvement in Special Olympics. She is the co-chair for Wells Police Department's Special Olympics Planning Committee which holds fundraisers for Special Olympics and also volunteers at local events. 

When not in school, she enjoys time outside with her family and two dogs.

Vicki Aldridge - Principal's Secretary
Vicki has worked at Wells Junior High School for 38 years.  Vicki lives in Wells, has 2 children Michele and William.  I have 5 grand children and 4 great grandsons(Cameron 6, Bryce 8 months, Carson 4 and LJ 3.  I enjoy spending time with the grandchildren and especially the great grandsons, learning how to play baseball, how to fish, hunt and play card games especially Slap Jack.  In my spare time, I love to read, watch football games and work in my flower garden. 
Sheila Jarochym - Secretary
Sheila holds an Associate Degree from Becker College in Worcester, MA.
Sheila has been employed by the Wells-Ogunquit District for 33 years.
Sheila has 3 children and 5 Grandchildren living in the seacoast area except her daughter lives in Colorado.
She is actively engaged in DIY home projects in her spare time.

Cindy Mitchell - Secretary
Cindy earned her Certificate of Achievement in Administrative Support Specialist from Seacoast Works Business School, in Sept.1999 and has worked for the district since.  
Cindy has 2 children and 5 handsome Grandboys. 
Her favorite things are going to the beach, a good book and hanging out with her Grandboys.
